The Raw Food Detox Diet
Am I totally raw? Absolutely not! That’s another reason I love Natalia’s approach. The message that I get is do what is in your own personal best interest AND increase the amount of life force energy you consume. This is regardless of whether you eat meat, are a vegitarian, or a vegan. I personally have chocolate practically every day, fish several times a week, raw goat cheese, and sprouted breads.
Since I have been on a path of raising my vibration (by releasing dense thoughts and feelings and anchoring in higher ideals such as love and harmony), I have found that when I eat in a way that supports this higher vibration, then my body sails along smoothly, resulting in feeling great. And, I find that when I don’t eat foods that support this higher vibration (like processed foods), then it is pulling my vibrancy back down to the denser vibration, and I feel this symptomatically as stomach pain, fogginess, and sluggishness.
If you have been thinking about eating more raw foods, I can't recommend the book The Raw Food Detox Diet enough. I have even set up a discussion pod on Gaia. It's a little community of people who are raw, or are transitioning to raw, and we all discuss topics that come up in our processes.
